Shipping Policy

Everything at The Spool House is made to order. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you, so each order has a production step before it ships.

Production
Most orders are made within 2-5 business days. The Badge Cuff Beanie is made at a partner facility and usually takes 7-12 business days. Production can run longer during the holidays and other busy periods.

Delivery
After production, standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-4 business days. In total, most orders arrive in about 1-2 weeks, and the beanie in about 2-3 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays can add time.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and where it’s going.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking
You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t guarantee changes after production starts, and we aren’t responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you provided.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn’t moved or your order is past its estimated delivery date, give it a few extra days, then contact me through the Contact page with your order number. I’ll work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to sort it out.
